PDP SET TO EXPEL OYINLOLA AND OTHER BARAJE MEMBERS

Oyinlola-baraje

Few days after the former Osun State governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola was suspended, indefinitely from the party along with three others, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Disciplinary Committee has summoned him to answer charges of anti-party activities.

Also to appear along with the axed national secretary of the party before the Dr Umaru Dikko disciplinary committee are Alhaji Kawu Baraje, Dr Sam Sam Jaja and Alhaji Ibrahim Kazaure, former national chairman, deputy national chairman and national vice-chairman, north-west zone of the party, respectively.
The affected national officers had since emerged as national officers of a factional group, tagged the New PDP.
Secretary of the PDP National Disciplinary Committee who incidentally is the deputy national secretary of the party, Onwe Solomon Onwe in a statement entitled: “Invitation to Appear before National Disciplinary Committee,” enunciated the alleged grounds of anti-party activities for which Prince Oyinlola, Kawu Baraje and two others are to appear before Dr Umaru Dikko Committee next Wednesday.

The alleged offences include, protest over the conduct of the party’s national convention and instituting a suit against the legitimate party leadership at the High Court of Lagos State, without recourse to the party’s conflict resolution mechanism.
Oyinlola was also accused of writing a letter to INEC, seeking recognition for his faction as the duly constituted PDP National Working Committee (NWC).
The party’s disciplinary committee further alleged that “Since August 31, 2013, the above mentioned persons have consistently maintained that they are of the “New PDP (nPDP)” thereby promoting factionalisation of the party and in doing so, recruiting to their ranks members of the party in the National Assembly contrary to Section 58(1)(b)(i) and (j) of the Constitution.”
But the committee, in its letter however, asked Prince Oyinlola and the three others placed on indefinite suspension “ to present their cases orally or in writing either in person or through a counsel of their choice. They may also wish to call witnesses.”
But Oyinlola, in his reaction has said that he would not appear before the panel. In a statement signed by his principal secretary, Femi Adelegan, the axed national secretary of the party claimed that only the PDP National Executive Committee, not the National Working Committee was statutorily empowered to constitute a disciplinary committee.
Oyinlola further submitted that as a law abiding member of the PDP and free citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he would not be an accomplice or accessory to constitutional violations, as he further noted that he swore to an oath of office as party scribe to respect and protect the grund norm of the PDP in his capacity as the custodian of the seal of the party.

But the PDP National Working Committee may have decided to expel the aggrieved members of the party who have been placed on indefinite suspension.
Daily Sun checks revealed that the sanction for the offences allegedly committed by Prince Oyinlola and three others is punished with removal from office, expulsion, suspension with a fine among others.
Section 59 (1) of the PDP Constitution (2012 as amended) read: “Any member of the party who commits any of the offences listed in Section 56(1) a-g of this Constitution shall be liable to any or a combination of the following penalties:
(A)Reprimand, (b) Censure, (c) Fine, (d) Suspension with a fine, (e) Debarment from holding any party office; (f) Removal from office(g) Expulsion.”
Further checks by Daily Sun revealed that the Bamanga Tukur-led NWC and the Presidency have taken a position to expel the aggrieved members from the party to send signal to certain governors still operating under the aegis of G-7 that it would not condone indiscipline and insubordination to the party national leadership.
But while Oyinlola has insisted that the party’s national executive committee is the only organ of the party statutorily empowered to take disciplinary actions against him and the three others being members of PDP National Executive Committee, further findings however revealed that the same Constitution empowered the PDP National Working Committee under the leadership of Bamanga Tukur to reprimand any erring chieftain of the party.
Section 59 (2) of the party’s constitution reads: “Subject to the provision of chapter XIV of this Constitution, the Executive Committee, at any level of the party, shall have power to decide on any of the disciplinary measures to be taken against any member at that level.”
Further checks revealed that despite the provision of Section 57(7) which restrains any organ of the party from taking disciplinary actions against members of PDP NEC, the Baraje-led leadership of the party is statutorily empowered to reprimand any erring NEC member by provision of 57 (3) of same constitution.
The section reads: “The Working Committee, at any level of the party and the Executive Committee (at the Ward Level) may, after preliminary hearings, suspend a member from the party for a period not exceeding one month, during which period the member so suspended shall lose his right to contest any election and shall be referred to the appropriate Disciplinary Committee.”

NIGERIAN BUSINESSMAN,TONY ELUMELU MAKES $123MILLION IN 3 WEEKS

According to Forbes Africa, former United Bank for Africa (UBA) Managing director, and chairman of Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu made $123million in just three weeks. Wow! Read below...

From Forbes
It’s just paper gains, but it counts. Nigerian banker Tony O. Elumelu has become at least $123 million richer between November 1 and November 21 as shares of Transcorp PLC, a Nigerian-Stock Exchange-listed conglomerate, surged 186% in that period.
Transnational Corporation Of Nigeria, usually referred to as Transcorp, is an emerging conglomerate holding investments in hotels, power and agriculture. On November 1, the company’s stock was trading at N1.87 ($0.01), and at the close of trading today (Thursday), the stock was trading at N5.35 ($5.35). According to an analyst who did not want to be quoted, there has been an unprecedented demand for Transcorp’s shares at the bourse on account of the company’s recent acquisition of the Ughelli Power plant, a strategic power generation company that the government recently sold  in privatization exercise.

Transcorp PLC, under Elumelu’s leadership, acquired the plant for $300 million. Transcorp officially took over the plant on November 1. Investors are scrambling for the stock in anticipation of the long-term impact the new acquisition will likely have on Transcorp’s financial results.

Elumelu began gobbling up shares in the company in April 2011 through his wholly-owned proprietary investment vehicle, Heirs Holdings. In September 2011, he was appointed chairman of the company, promising to diversify the company’s business interests and deliver value to shareholders – promises he seems to have delivered on. He currently owns over 5.7 billion shares of the company (5,745,890,693 to be exact, according to Transcorp’s latest corporate filings), held in his own name and via Heirs Holdings, equating to a 22.26% stake, making him the company’s largest individual shareholder. His shares in Transcorp alone are now valued at N30.7 billion or $188 million.  A representative for Elumelu could not be reached for comment at press time.

Elumelu made his fortune by acquiring a small, struggling Nigerian commercial bank and building it into the United Bank of Africa Group, a leading financial services institution with operations in several African countries as well as in New York and London. He stepped down as the bank’s CEO in 2010 to focus on investing in African businesses through his private investment vehicle, Heirs Holdings and to groom Africa’s next generation of business leaders through his Tony Elumelu Foundation.

ONDO STATE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER FLOGS 4 YEAR OLD STUDENT TO DEATH FOR STUBBORNESS

Detectives in OndoState have detained a primary school teacher, Alade Adebayo, for allegedly flogging to death a four-year-old female pupil Elizabeth Wanogha.

The deceased pupil was a student of a private primary school, Falaye Memorial Nursery and Primary School, located at Fanibi area in Akure metropolis.

The  teacher, according to report, accused the deceased of being stubborn in the class. He was said to have beaten the girl to a state of coma.

Cries from other pupils in the class reportedly attracted other teachers who rushed to the scene where they found that the girl had fainted.

She was said to have been rushed to a private hospital and was admitted but reportedly died later.
Police authorities, however, said that the pupil died two weeks after the beating by the suspect.

The father of the deceased, Mr Wanogha lodged a complaint at the Fanibi Police station, alleging that his daughter died  as a result of the injuries sustained from the severe beating by her teacher.

Following the complaint, the teacher was arrested for interrogation.

The father of the deceased pupil insisted that the teacher should be prosecuted for murder.

Mr wanogho who lived at Adebowale street Fanibi  vowed that the matter would be pursued to a logical conclusion to serve as deterrent to wicked teachers who vent their anger on innocent pupils put in their care.
He appealed to NGOs to take the matter up by ensuring that it was not swept under the carpet.

The proprietor of the school declined comment on the incident.

50 PEOPLE DIE IN RUSSIAN PLANE CRASH TODAY

A passenger plane crashed at an airport in the Russian city of Kazan today, killing all 50 people on board, reports say.
The Boeing 737 had taken off from Moscow and was trying to land but exploded on impact at about 19:20 local time (15:20 GMT), officials said.
The Emergencies Ministry said there were 44 passengers and six crew members on the Tatarstan Airlines flight.
Investigators are now looking at whether a technical failure or crew error may have caused the crash. Among the dead was Irek Minnikhanov, a son of the president of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, according to the official passenger list.
Aleksander Antonov, who headed Tatarstan's branch of the Federal Security Service, was also among the passengers. The victims also included two children.

Reports said the pilot had already tried to land several times before crashing. The crew had said they were not ready to land because of technical problems, Russian news agencies report.

A journalist who said she had flown on the same aircraft from Kazan to Moscow earlier on Sunday told Russia's Channel TV that there was a strong vibration during the landing in the Russian capital.
"When we were landing it was not clear whether there was a strong wind, although in Moscow the weather was fine, or some kind of technical trouble or problem with the flight," said Lenara Kashafutdinova.
"We were blown in different directions, the plane was tossed around. The man sitting next to me was white as a sheet."

The airport in Kazan - the capital of Tatarstan - has been closed since the accident and is expected to re-open on Monday morning.

Kazan lies about 720km (450 miles) east of Moscow.

Although some of Russia's biggest airlines now have very good reputations, frequent crashes by smaller operators mean the country has one of the worst air safety records in the world.

I MIGHT INSURE MY BOOBS-COSSY

After her alleged insured N256m boobs saga, lol, Cossy is now saying she does not know where that originated from. I’m trying to recall the news platform that published the story, because the story was copied by bloggers from the publication. No blogger broke that news (so this one no be lie from bloggers, lol). But interestingly, Cossy says she is now ready for marriage. She says, its either she gets married next year or have a baby next year. Congrats in advance Cossy! Enjoy her interview with vanguard after the cut, as usually, the ones that concerns us here.

We learnt that you have insured your boobs for N256 million. Is it true?
It’s  not true. Sometimes, some of these bloggers just cook up stuffs that are not true. But it sounds so interesting, that’s why I didn’t want to confirm whether it’s true or not. Let the story just be.

Why don’t you want to talk about it?
It’s because the story is a fiction. Somebody just cooked it up. I don’t know anything about it. I didn’t tell anybody I’m insuring my boobs. It’s something that somebody just cooked up somewhere. The story didn’t generate from me neither did it generate from my Twitter handle or Instagram.

But do you have the intention to insure your boobs ?
I might do it, or not. But I don’t want to talk about my boobs here.

On Getting Married;
A woman get married when she is ready to get married. I will get married next year or I will make a baby next year.

If she feels shy at social functions;
Each time, I attend a function, I don’t even feel that people are looking at me. I will just catch my fun, but whereby I’m not catching any fan, I will quickly leave the place.

Have you been embarrassed before in connection with your boobs?
I don’t even give room for such things. Nobody can walk up to me to do any nonsense. You dare not try it. My  boobs are real, full and fresh. When you see good things, you appreciate them. But don’t dare to touch them. You know what is good. When I’m old and my  boobs are not firm any more, I will cover them.

If you have the chance to come back to life, would you still want to be Cossy?
I love myself, my boobs and my voice. My friensd told me that my voice sounds very sexy.  I also have this smile of a baby. God has been so kind to me. At least, I live in my own house in Lekki. I eat anything I want to eat, and I don’t seek for attention, I drive a posh car. What else can I ask for? A husband or a baby?

Father 'U' Turn Dies in Car Accident At 36

Femi Sylvester Mayomi popularly known as Father 'U' Turn is dead. The singer who was very popular in the 90’s for hit singles like ‘yetunde’ died this morning at Okokomaiko in a car accident, a music promoter says. But his friend, another musician says, he died due to kidney complications. I know the singer has been trying to make a big comeback before his sudden death. Whatever took him away, we say, may his soul rest in peace. He is survived by his siblings, wife and five children.

Update: Another person just confirmed to us that he has been sick for the past 3 weeks before passing away this morning, but refused to say if he had a kidney problem or not.

Find a press statement on him below.

One of Nigeria's most popular 90s musicians Olufemi Mayomi, aka Father U Turn, is dead.

The dancehall artiste who rose from poverty as an orphan, to build a successful and inspiring career as a songwriter, recording artiste, TV presenter and performer, passed on in Lagos today, following a brief illness.

He was 36 years old.

The late U Turn was from Kabba-Bunu in Kogi State where he first tried his hands on entertainment, working as a radio and TV presenter.

He had a brief stint at NTA in Lagos, after relocating here, before signing a deal with Ultima Records which released his early albums.

He was a little boy, with braids and a charming personality. And his signature intro 'Apoola Berekete' was far beyond his stature. But he got the industry's attention and got a leg in the door before long.  After years of club tours and free gigs, he got his first break when he was signed to one of the biggest record labels of the time, Ultima Records.

Ultima engaged Nelson Brown to work on his first album which proved to be a huge success.

The hits 'African Culture' and 'Shakara' threw him into national limelight, instantly putting him in the league of bonafide ghetto stars like Daddy Showkey and Daddy Fresh.

He espoused Okokomaiko where he resided, with many songs dedicated to the Lagos outskirt.

His second album 'Padlock Ur Mouth' produced the smash hit 'Yetunde' a collaboration with Pasuma Wonder.

With dozens of awards confirming his exploits, including multiple decoration by Awards for Musical Excellence in Nigeria (AMEN), Youths Awards for Excellence in Music (YAFEM), amongst many others, U Turn lead a generation of alternative dancehall cats by the hands. And in Okokomaiko where he spent the last two decades of his life, he was like a king. His success encouraged many children in the area to embrace music, and he supported many of them.

Although his later years were troubled by label issues with Bayowa Music, and career challenges that came with unsuccessful albums, Father U Turn remained dedicated to his art - recording endlessly and refusing to let go of his passion and dedication to reggae/dancehall. He also vehemently refused to relocate from Okokomaiko, despite constant pleas from friends and family.

He died in a hospital around Okokomaiko today, after suffering a liver related illness. A family member confirmed he had been in and out of hospital for many weeks. He had been on admission at the last hospital for 10 days before he passed on.

He is survived by his siblings, wife Ajimoh and five children

EFCC arrests Gov Sule Lamido’s two sons over alleged N10b fraud

According to a report by Premium Times The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested two sons of Jigawa state governor, Sule Lamido, over an alleged N10billion fraud.
Aminu and Mustapha  Lamido were arrested on Thursday in Kano and flown to Abuja on Friday morning, and are currently being interrogated at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja by a crack team of detectives.
The arrest of the governor’s sons, insiders say, is in furtherance of the investigation that commenced in December 2012 when Aminu Sule Lamido was arrested at the Mallam Aminu Kano Airport en route Cairo, Egypt for failure to declare the $50,000 he had on him. Although Aminu has since been prosecuted and convicted by a Federal High Court in Kano, investigation as to how he came by the money has led investigations to uncover a web of money laundering in which billions of naira from Jigawa state govt accounts are funnelled into the accounts of companies run by the Jigawa state governor and his 2sons.
Over N10billion is said to have been transferred from Jigawa state government accounts into the accounts in which Sule Lamido and his two sons have interest from 2007 till date.
The Commission is said to have traced these transfers to 10 companies where Lamido and sons are directors and signatories to the account.

The companies include Bamaina Alluminium Limited, Bamaina Holdings Limited, Bamaina Company Nigeria Limited, Rawda Integrated Services Limited, Speeds International Limited and Saby Integrated Nigeria Limited.

The account of these companies received huge cash inflow between 2007 and 2013, a period that coincide with the tenure of Sule Lamido as governor of Jigawa state. For instance in Bamaina Aluminium where Sule Lamido and his two sons are directors, investigations revealed that the company’s account controlled by Mustapha as signatory received total credit of N1.52billion between January 2010 and August 2013. It recorded a total debit of the same amount, with Mustapha and other companies in which Lamido and his sons are directors, being the beneficiaries.

In the same vein, Bamaina Holdings Limited’s account with the governor as sole signatory received a total of N1.19billion between February 2007 and July 2013.
About N1billion was paid from this account into accounts of companies controlled by the governor and his sons.

Massive lodgements were also discovered in the account of Bamaina Company Nigeria limited controlled by Mustapha as sole signatory from Bamaina Alluminium. Between January 2010 and July 2013, the account received over N500million.

From the account of Rawda Integrated Services Limited controlled by Mustapha, there have also been massive movement of funds to another company run by Sule Lamido, Speeds International Limited. Speeds’ account recorded a turnover ofN2.2billion between January 2007 and February 2010.

In the account of Rawda with a new generation bank investigators discovered the movement of N2.6billion to an unknown signatory.

That account recorded over one hundred withdrawals running to over N600milion in cash between November 2007 and April 2008.

Saby Integrated Services Nigeria Limited, another company owned by Lamido received over N730million from several Jigawa State government agencies between June 2010 and August 2010.

So you are saying you can settle for any man whether rich or poor

I will not settle for less my sister and that’s the truth. People come and tell you all sort of lies and want to praise themselves and say “I can marry a poor man” the poor man nor know wetin him see, abeg! I dey tell una say I am a real person, we all have been through tough times, we all have paid our dues one way or the other. So no poor man must get close to me. Those who know the worth, pay the dues.

What do you miss most about Timaya?
That’s a no-go question to answer. I don’t know why you want to take back the hands of the clock to five years ago.  Do you still remember things that happened five years ago? Well, let me ask my brother (John Njamah) to help me with the answers because I actually don’t know what to say.

But if you insist, Empress has missed nothing, absolutely nothing about Timaya.

MEET 19 YEAR OLD WHO HAS NO WOMB OR VAGINA

A teenager has spoken of her 'total shock' at being told at the age of 17 she had no vagina.  Jacqui Beck, 19, has MRKH(MRKH is a congenital condition that affects the female reproductive system), an rare syndrome which affects the reproductive system - meaning she has no womb, cervix or vaginal opening.

She was only diagnosed after she went to her GP about back pain - and mentioned in passing that she hadn't started her periods.

Tests revealed her condition and that where her vagina should be, there is simply an ident, or 'dimple' - meaning she is unable to have sex or carry her own child.

Women with the condition appear completely normal externally - which means it is usually not discovered until a woman tries to have sex, or has not had her first period.

Miss Beck, from the Isle of Wight, admits when she was first diagnosed, she felt 'like a freak'.

'I'd never considered myself different from other women and the news was so shocking, I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

‘I was sure the doctor had got it wrong, but when she explained that was why I wasn’t having periods, it all started to make sense.

‘She then explained that I would never be able to carry a child and might have to have surgery before I could have sex.

‘I left the doctors in tears - I would never know what it was like to give birth, be pregnant, have a period. All the things I had imagined doing suddenly got erased from my future.

'I was really angry and felt like I wasn’t a real woman any more.'

Because she had never attempted to have a physical relationship, Miss Beck had never noticed the problem herself.  Had she tried, she would have discovered it was impossible for her to have sex.

She said: 'It wasn’t really a conscious decision not to have a boyfriend, I just didn’t really fancy any of the boys in my area, which is lucky, considering what I know now’.

MRKH affects one in 5,000 women in the UK. Most discover they have the condition because they haven't started their periods, but some find out when they struggle to have intercourse.

Miss Beck explained she has a 'dimple' where her vagina should be so from the outside it looks normal - which explains why the condition wasn't detected earlier.

Despite the shocking news, she is trying to see her condition in a positive light - and even as a way of making sure she meets the right man.

She said: 'If he has a problem with it, then he’s not the kind of guy I want to go out with.

'I’m a hopeless romantic and I see it as a great test of someone’s character. Instead of focusing on it putting off men,  I actually think it will help me find, “the one”.

'I want to be upfront with any men I meet and tell them straight away about my condition. I don’t want them to feel tricked into being with me.

‘I will feel more comfortable if they know the truth and besides, if they run at the mention of MRKH then I don’t want to be intimate with them.'

She says that as a teenager, she was blissfully unaware of her condition - with no idea that the development she was waiting for would never happen.

'When I was 14, my friends started talking to me about their periods. They started carrying tampons around, complaining about cramps and sharing notes on what it was like.

‘For a year I waited to go through the same, until at 15, everyone I knew had started their period apart from me.

‘I didn’t panic though, I’m tall and skinny and thought that might be something to do with me being a late developer.’

Instead, she focused on her future and when she was 17, applied to attend a music college in Guildford.

But after suffering from pain in her neck in summer 2012, she went to see her GP.

'While I was there, I mentioned I hadn’t started my period yet. I still wasn’t overly worried but I thought it was worth saying something

‘My doctor was very surprised but didn’t seem to think it was serious. He just suggested that he would do some scans to see what the problem was.'

When scans showed nothing, she was referred to a gynaecologist, who immediately spotted something was wrong.

Miss Beck said: ‘My other scan results had been sent to her and just from looking at them, she knew I had MRKH.

‘She sat me down and basically explained that I didn’t have a womb, or a vagina, that I was born without them and instead just had a small dimple in it’s place.'

So mortified by what she had heard, she was too embarrassed to admit to family and friends she had the condition - let alone the prospect of telling any future boyfriends.

She said: ‘I was too embarrassed to call my mum and talk it through with her, so instead, I sent her an email.

'She called straight back and came over to Guildford the next day from the Isle of Wight.

‘Although mum was upset for me, she tried to focus on finding out as much about the condition as possible, so we could understand it.

‘She also encouraged me to focus on the bright side. We laughed as we listed all the things I wouldn’t have to go through, period cramps, childbirth, smear tests - to try and look on the bright side.’
Focusing on her treatment, Miss Beck was admitted to the Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital in London, which specialises in the condition.

There, she was given dilation treatment, which involved using different sized dilators to try and stretch her vaginal canal - but was told if it didn’t work, she would have to be operated on.

She said: ‘I spent two days there, getting taught how to use the dilator and learning more about MRKH.
‘The first time the nurse showed me how to use a dilator I nearly died of embarrassment. But now I've got used to it, I see it as any other form of treatment.

‘At the hospital, they referred me to a network of other women who have the same condition. It was great to speak to other girls who felt like me.

‘I stopped feeling so lonely and it also gave me hope as I spoke to women who had gone on to have a full sex life.’

Thankfully, her treatment has worked and if she continues she will not need surgery and when she chooses to, will be able to have intercourse.

Further down the line there are more difficult conversations she will have to have to have when she wants to have children.

She said: ‘I’m not at an age when I’m thinking about kids, but I think that will hit me later on. I will use a surrogate, or adopt, but I will have to make sure any guy I meet is ok with that too.
‘Again, I try and take it as a blessing that, unlike woman who discover they can’t conceive when they are already trying for a baby, I have time to get used to the idea.’
For Miss Beck, her one hope is that the condition becomes more well known, so that other women realise they have it earlier than she did.

‘I had only told five of my best friends, but then I realised it’s not something I should be ashamed of.
‘If I had cancer, or, any other medical issue, people would be supportive. So, I recently came out to everyone on Facebook, telling them about my condition.

‘I was surprised at how positive everyone was, they said I was brave and beautiful, now I wish I had been open about it from the beginning.

PREGNANT ANNIE UNVEILS MUM

IF YOU WANT FAME GET IT THE RIGHT WAY-KAREN IGHO TELLS YVONNE NELSON

Few weeks ago, Yvonne Nelson made fun of Karen’s boobs and also insulted some Nigerian celebs on twitter, but claimed her account was hacked. Karen later went in hard on her, and even told her she has been passed round enough by Nigerian men. Again, Karen is speaking. Here is what she said when asked about the incident.

Let me break it down first and foremost, I don’t know Yvonne Nelson and I have never met her. I heard she is a Ghanaian actress. I don’t hate on anyone who is trying to make a living but you just can’t come out of the blue and insult me. Everybody knows I’m not troublesome. If you look for my trouble I would give you double. Why would you just insult Nigerian celebs and myself, ‘wetin I do you na?’It’s not like we’ve met before. Attention seekers should go and look for the attention elsewhere.

If your account was hacked with a verified account they won’t tweet personal messages at celebs. They would try and send viruses and spam and keep on hacking. You don’t say Karen has been quiet and try to take shots at her. Right now, I don’t even care any more because they are attention seekers who when they can’t get attention from men, they try to get it from women. The best thing is to ignore them. If indeed your account was hacked, you would look for my contact and call me and apologize or apologize to Nigerians or mention at me on twitter and apologize personally. I hope the girl has learnt her lesson that if you want to be famous you do it the right way. God has blessed you and put you where you are so work on how to succeed and not look for ways to belittle other people.

AFRICAN MEN ARE FULL OF EGO-RONKE OSHODI OKE

The actress in a recent interview spoke about men and how they treat their wives. Hear her;

I say to people on a daily basis that I pity African women. Our men, especially the Yorubas, see their wives as slaves. You have to go out of your way to do everything. They want you to be 110 percent submissive. I can't really understand.

Most married people are dying of lack of emotion and care  from their men. Every woman wants to be in her husband`s hands enjoying love and care.

Nigerian men are just not real; they are wicked. You have a wife and you don't show her love or care, but you're buying her clothes; is it all about money? It's really sad that African men are not romantic. They are too full of ego

PASTOR COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER TELLING CHURCH THAT GOD WASNT HEARING HIM

Rev. Teddy Parker, a Macon, Georgia pastor killed himself a few days after telling his congregation at his church that God was not hearing him and no longer felt a connection to God.

"I try to pray but I don’t feel like God is hearing me,” Parker said to his congregation “I try to serve but I don’t feel like God is using me. And there are times in your life when God purposely withdraws from you, he doesn’t withdraw for the sake of leaving you but he withdraws so you can grow and mature.”

Rev. Parker, a father of two, shot himself in the head with his own gun following Sunday service at Bible Mount Zion Baptist Church while his family and congregation were still at his church waiting for him for the next service..

"When he didn’t show up they went looking for him,” a church member, Russell Rowland, told the Post. “I’m very surprised because he didn’t preach that. He preached totally against it. It’s something that the congregation don’t really understand.”.

FORMER DIEGO COASTER'S GIRLFRIEND COVERS INTERVIU MAGAZINE AND TALKS ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP

Spanish magazine Interviu have splashed their latest edition with a topless cover featuring Brazilian glamour model, Michele Zuanne, in a pair of Atletico Madrid underwear, ahead of a smutty tell-all about her relationship with Diego Costa.

Zuanne explained that she met Costa in 2010 at a party at Jose Antonio Reyes’ house, and soon the pair became friends. Overall, Zuanne and Costa’s relationship lasted about a year, and the model was convinced that; first he wanted something serious. I think he was in love with me. He treated me well, gave me perfumes, handbags, invited me to parties, and made dinner for me at his house. I loved his abs and upper arms. But it was his stamina in bed which was the best. It is very good, very vicious. He likes everything. I could not complain.

But their relationship eventually drew to a close, and according to Zuanne that was because she discovered that Costa had left another woman after she got pregnant, plus while at a Brazilian party in Madrid, he tried to hook up with her sister.

REAL REASONS DAVIDO'S BOUNCER CAUSED HAVOC AT NU GROTTO NIGHT CLUB

Davido is the Nigerian version of Chris Brown. The only difference is that Chris does his with women but Davido with anybody. On Sunday night after performing at a major concert, Davido and his team left for Nu Grotto night club on the Island to have fun but it all turned out bitter. It was gathered that Davido was having fun with his friends when his ATM card fell off from him. The club Dj, JD who saw the card picked it up and wanted to return it to him, but his bouncer prevented him. JD got angry and called the bouncer names. Apparently, the bouncer couldn't take it and landed some hot slaps on JD whose height is 4'4, while he is 6'1 and that was how the whole 'war' started.

The 4'4 JD broke a bottle and stabbed the 6'1 bouncer immediately. The bouncer who was already bleeding got hold of some bottles and started flinging it around in the club apparently when JD escaped. Some properties where damaged and some fun seekers also got injured in the process. One of them, Mrs Anderson who goes by the name, @Isnitched4Oreos on twitter and has a very interesting twitter page which most of you will love tweeted at Davido the following morning, about how she's already working so hard to sue him. Oma ga o.

PA KASUMU'S COLLEAGUES FIGHT OVER HIS #600K DONATION AS ACTOR BATTLES CANCER

As ailing actor, Kayode Odumosu, known as Pa Kasumu battle to survive his double ailments, some of his colleagues in the Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners, ANTP, are allegedly at loggerheads over N600,000 donation made by an Ogun State based businessman.

We were reliably told that after a certain businessman from Ogun State donated a sum of N600,000 to save the ailing Nollywood actor via some of his colleagues in ANTP some weeks back, there have been an unending chaos among the colleagues.

It was gathered that Pa kasumu’s colleagues were at loggerheads over what amount was to be given the ailing actor out of the sum as others disagreed with the decision.

Furthermore, a group of Nollywood practitioners that consists of production crew and veteran acts under the name of ‘committee of friends’ were said to have approached Pa Kasumu over creating a new account in which donations would be made but met a brickwall from the Odumosus.

Currently, a total sum of N5.5million naira have been donated to Pa Kasumu by the Lagos State Government and Ogun State Government as the ailing actor struggle to stay alive.

When contacted, members of the Odumosu family refused to comment, affirm or deny the tale and maintained that the most paramount and important issue to the family remains raising the remaining fund and saving the life of the ailing actor.

I USED TO SLEEP IN CARS & CLUBS BEFORE MAKING IT BIG-IK OGBONNA

Awww Ik Ogbonna had a rough beginning. In this new interview, the actor addressed his gay and 'gigolo' rumors. Enjoy!

The allegation about your trip to the States is that you went to do gigolo ‘runs’, what is your take on it?

People don’t really know my story. I have heard different things about me.  I have heard that I am a gigolo, gay that I have foolish attitude, that I am a snub.

Some people don’t know I had a very rough beginning, even though my parents were on the average. I moved to Lagos alone and I had a very rough time.  I slept on the street sometimes. Continue below.

Seven years ago when I moved down to Lagos, for like three years or so, I slept in cars.  I had this friend of mine that I used to sleep in his car and burn insecticide at night. I always carry myself well because I know where I am destined to be.  I kept on pushing.
Sometimes I slept over at the club when there is no friend’s house to pass the night.  I was homeless.  I had things very rough at a particular point in time. It is God’s grace that is working for me.

When people say I am a gigolo, I am waiting for the person that will come and tell me I slept with his mother. If one person can just come and tell me, IK see this woman you are sleeping with, she is my mother and I will admit I am a gigolo.

They also alleged you are gay?
Like I told you, I never thought I was going to be an actor.  I was more into business.  I am involved in a lot of things.  Acting is just something that just came and I loved it.
A greater percentage of my money is from business.  I am an Igbo man (laughs).
I want to get into Forbes and it is not by acting alone. I have to work very hard and be creative with my ideas.  Money I get from movies will go to charity.

For the gay thing, I don’t blame people, but the truth is I love women.  I won’t judge those calling me gay or tell them what to do.  Gay is a very deadly thing and I am someone that respects God a lot.
I try to keep His commandments.

I know I am very adventurous and I have a very high fashion sense.  You can see me wearing a three-quarter pants, colourful things and thank God for making me a fine boy.
When people say I am a gigolo or gay it’s their own judgement.

There is no man or woman that can ever come out and say IK has slept with me or a mother that is above age that will say I am sleeping with her and she pays me.

When you’re successful people will always talk. They should keep talking and promoting my brand.

Who do you think is behind this rumour of you being gay and a gigolo?
Human beings (laughs).  There is one thing about me, people are busy talking about me and I am working, who is losing?   I don’t know these people and I don’t intend to know them.

So, when these dirty talks are bandied about, do they really affect you?
No, it doesn’t.  The only person I owe any explanation is God.  I don’t owe human beings any explanation.  As long as I know I am in His good book and my conscience is clear, I am not bothered.

Is IK in a relationship or you are with your babymama?
No, we are just friends.

So, are you in a relationship?
With time you people will know.  When I decide to get married I will release a press statement

WANDE COAL'S BABY FACE PRODUCER,SHIZZI SPEAKS ON CONTROVERSIAL SONG

Top music producer, Sheyi 'Shizzi' Akerele, who produced Wande Coal's version of the controversial
song 'Baby Face', which Don Jazzy says was stolen from him, has released a statement explaining his involvement in the whole issue. He mentions that he produced Wande's hit song 'Go Low' which he never got credit for. See his statement below...
I have heard and seen some folks rants about me stealing production credit for Wande Coal's new single "Baby Face" and I would like to clarify this issue. I was only doing my job by making the beat for Wande and that's what I did. I don't see any reason why people should jump into quick conclusions without taking their time to really dig into the matter for facts.
Two years back, I remember I created a demo for Wande Coal's "Shawty Go Low" and someone else took the credits. I was in shock because I had plans to finish the song with Wande and was hoping it would be released as a single which I produced
