Leaders Without Certificates Must Go - Enny Idris

Following the proposed plan to sack the 21000 kaduna state teachers ,who failed  teachers examination,its okay for Gov.El Rufai to sack them.I am of the opinion that  leaders who have failed in their respective capacities and who do not have the right certificates too should go!
